T.M.M.-Bank registered by the National Bank of Ukraine on January 20, 1992 performs the following operations:

- administration of UAH accounts of clients (residents);
- providing and receiving credits on the interbank market;
- crediting legal and natural persons and financial leasing;
- attracting deposits of legal entities;
- administration of foreign currency accounts and national currency
  accounts of clients (residents and nonresidents);
- noncommercial operations with currency values;
- opening of correspondent foreign currency accounts with
  authorized banks of Ukraine and operations with them;
- financing capital investments on behalf of owners or managers of investment recourses;
- purchasing, selling state securities and operations with them;
- attraction and allocation of credits and deposits on the interbank market;
- factoring;
- contributing financial means to authorized funds of other legal entities;
- issuing securities;
- attraction and allocation of foreign currency on the Ukrainian currency market;
- purchasing and selling securities and carrying out operations with them;
- money and securities management on behalf of clients;
- operations connected with attraction and allocation of foreign currencies on international markets.
